These kids are so funny

August update :

What a season we are going thru. Not only seasonal, like allergies, but a season of these kids!

Isabelle is really noticing sin. It is in the smallest of format, and she doesn't always recognize it as sin but she is getting it. When she see's someone or something, in real life or tv, she spots it and wants to deal with it. On the other hand, she is acting more on sin too! Since her and wesley play much more together now, she shows selfishness and hatefulness. But the good part of that is she knows when she is. When she gets in trouble and gets disciplined she says "Mommy that makes me so sad!" She is concerned if it makes God sad too. She is talking a lot about being in the Family of God and what it means. She assures me that she wont ever be selfish again and God forgives her.. True the Lord forgives but how do you convene a 3 yr old she is GOING TO sin again!? how do you tell her "Don't be selfish, but you are going to do it again" I don't want her to know SHE Can do it again but its a given! anywho, that was confusing :P

Wesley is cute. He is precious. He has an attitude sometimes and we are working hard on making good eating habits, and being obedient and just being my good sweet baby. He is wanting to talk more and showing interest in more signing but over all he jabbers and uses his hands to really get into his own conversation. I have all kindsa' funny stories and i should write them down even if I dont blog them but for now, how about some photos! Family Photo shoot after church sunday

We went to a park up towards St. Louis one friday. We had such a good time


In the middle of August we took an over night weekend trip to Columbia, Mo and Jeffersoncity. We went to my little cousins birthday part, then to the Capital. We had such a nice time. It was soo good to get out. The kids loved the hotel. Isabelle still ask's me when we are going to go to a hotel again! So much more fun than our house.

I love that they can entertain themselves a little more. Sometimes with the tv like here or playing on the floor.
Fresh from the garden.. ahem.. not my garden tho. Preparing to have Hummus sammies! Flowers on the table are paper-machay (?) hand made roses as a birthday gift!

Ok, the reason for this picture is, we were at Grandmas house and ran out of diapers so she had one left from back when my baby cousin used them.. btw he just turned 23 in august so that gives you an idea! Anyways, wesley thought it was weird. He kept feeling the plasticey part of them and the sound was strange too!

I was sick last week so he is pretending to be me:P
